Built from the inside out.

I didn’t build OliiR from a whiteboard. I built it from three decades of watching the same commercial problems repeat, across categories, across regions, across leadership teams.

My career began in consumer goods at a time when trade marketing was still being invented as a function. I worked across multinational organisations, from P&G to British American Tobacco, from Bayer to 3M, across markets that were complex, underserved, and commercially demanding. MEA, Pakistan, Central and Eastern Europe. Markets where textbook strategy rarely survived first contact with the trade.

After three decades of building commercial engines from within, I founded OliiR Academy to institutionalise what I had learned, and The Star Quadrant* to deliver it directly to organisations ready to close that gap. Not as a consultant with frameworks borrowed from theory. As an operator who lived the problems and built the fixes.

Today, OliiR operates at the intersection of business transformationcapability development, and commercial discipline , equipping professionals and organisations to move from good intent to great execution.
